Administrative and Financial Department

The Administrative and Financial Department is responsible for managing the financial resources of the university. Financing is a prime concern in any organization and so plays a critical role in achieving organizational goals. The office has two main financial duties as procurement of financial supplies and control of expenses. So, it manages revenue sources, anticipates possible future expenses, supervises budget spending, pays staff salaries and wages and deals with other operating expenses, including costs related to the possession of capital assets. So, it includes matters concerning income, debt, all areas of expenditure and links with funding bodies. The administrative and financial department ensures that the university\'s financial strategic objectives are delivered. So, the financial and administrative department is an important department in university
